We also get a binding that can be shifted fore or aft to customize the grip to glide ratio. The waxless/fish scale base provides predictable and nearly eternal grip, allowing you to climb steep hills with ease and descend with confidence. Adding to that are partial metal edges that give the skier a whole lot of utility in variable conditions and terrain. By capping the skis with one cohesive piece, the ski gains pep and zest to provide top-level performance with an easygoing character.
