A stretchy, breathable fabric designed to resist cuts from sharp ski edges sits close to the body under your race suit. Racers get peace of mind in the gates and a close, mobile fit that won't get in the way of performance.

Why we like it:

FIS 4-Star certification is key, giving racers a protective layer for competitive alpine use. We also like the safety side lines, which allow medical personnel quick access if the worst happens.

Features and Functions:

An engineered fabric of 89% polyethylene, 8% elastane, and 3% polyamide resists cutting forces from ski edges while staying highly elastic and breathable. The protective performance is designed to hold up through repeated washing and heat exposure, so the pants stay effective season after season. The pants are FIS 4-Star certified for competitive alpine racing, and safety side lines allow rapid medical access. Edging is made from polyamide and polyester. They're machine washable at up to 40 degrees Celsius on a mild cycle, but should not be tumble dried, bleached, ironed, or dry cleaned.

Fit and Sizing:

The fit is slim and close to the body, following your shape while still allowing a full range of motion. The pants are unisex, so check the size chart and choose a snug fit that sits smoothly under a race suit.

Bottom Line:

The Uyn Cut Resistant Pants are best for alpine ski racers and athletes training in gates who want certified cut protection under their race suit. They're an essential safety layer that's comfortable enough to forget you're wearing.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0670/5135/6456/files/uyn-cut-resistant-pants-o103536-o103536-silver.jpg?v=1793376802
