2023 K2 Afterblack Snowboard

The K2 Afterblack Snowboard is a freestyle deck that features a true twin tipped shaped. This board features a medium flex, which is soft enough to bend into and butter everything and anything in sight, but also stiff enough to get a lot of energy out of it in a turn or rebound. With traditional camber underneath this board, you have plenty of carving capability on groomers and firm snow. A BAP Core made up of a combination of Bamboo, Aspen and Paulownia is strong, lightweight and designed to enhance dampening without the addition of other materials. Carbon DarkWeb is a Carbon fiber X-pattern that is strategically placed underfoot from edge to edge to speed up transitions, increased control and increase underfoot strength. A Triaxial Glass laminate with diagonal layers adds torsional stiffness for increased stability and improved edge hold. These fibers are woven at 45, 45 and 0-degrees that provides a more responsive ride longitudinally and torsionally.
