2023 Kastle ZX 100 Skis

Millennials, Generation Z, whatever you want to call them, these are the skiers that are pushing and progressing the sport as we know it to new heights. They have noticeably different styles and preferences than some us traditionalists which often require certain performance factors or design attributes in a ski. The Kastle ZX 100 is a ski designed around those skiers that are not bound by any terrain type, trail rating, ski style or discipline. This is a pure freeride, do-it-all ski. At its core, you’ll find a wood core comprised of Beech and Poplar laminates along with a fiberglass wrap. That’s pretty much it when it comes to construction. Without any metal, this ski offers a fantastically lightweight build and is actually fairly rigid in its flex. At 100 millimeters under the boot, the ZX 100 is wide enough to act as a powder ski, and narrow enough to act as an all-mountain ski. If you like skiing anything and everything, the 100-millimeter waist will let you ski it all no matter the conditions. Rocker out in the tip along with a healthy amount of taper will have you floating like a dream in deep snow while the rocker in the tail provides easy edge release when you need to throw the brakes on or slarve and skid your way down a gnarly line.
