Stable, fun, and versatile, the Salomon Stance 94 women’s skis with bindings are a fantastic choice for all-mountain advanced and expert lady skiers. The mid-90's is a great place to be for legitimate versatility. While narrower skis will flounder in the powder and wider skis will flap on the hard pack at high speeds, the 94’s seem to do just fine all the time. They rarely flinch, and when you put the build and shape of a Stance 94 into the mix, you’ve got a pretty unstoppable set of skis. When we add an awesome pair of bindings to the package, the killer deal really starts to take shape. Built with a blend of poplar and Karuba wood, the core of the ski is light and energetic, but advanced and expert skiers are going to need a bit more power, and that’s where the metal twin frame technology comes in to play. With a full sheet of titanal on the bottom of the core and a partial laminate on top, the Stance 94 gets all the strength it’s going to need. The upper sheet has two rectangular cut outs in the forebody and the tail, and this keeps the ski lighter and more maneuverable than having two full-sheets while maintaining all the stiffness and performance. There’s no real need for metal to be in those spots, and by removing them, Salomon does a great service to most skiers.
