2024 Kastle FX 96 Women's Skis

The FX line of skis from Kastle has been around for a few years now and it has seen its fair share of tweaks throughout previous renditions. The FX 96 W uses Kastle’s Triple Wood Core construction which is comprised three different woods, 3D shaping to the tip and tail of the core as well as a Fiberglass wrap. The result is a ski that produces quite a bit of power, but is light and forgiving enough to be maneuverable in any terrain. While the construction is fairly beefy, this ski gets a lot of its playfulness from its shape and profile. At 96 millimeters underfoot, this ski can really go anywhere you want to take it. It’s narrow enough to go drag your hip on a groomer and wide enough to hop into some fresh snow or float through crud off piste. A progressive early rise in both the tip and tail allows for great lateral maneuverability and allows you to dictate the type of turn shape you want to make. If you want to let the ski run on its set radius while carving, that’s great, but if you want to change things up or need to make some shorter radius turns in the steeps, the rocker profile of this ski allows you to do that very easily. Ladies looking for an endlessly versatile ski will truly enjoy the Kastle FX 96 W.
