The Arbor A-Frame is an all-mountain charger that can handle anything you throw at it. Whether you are charging down groomers or seeking out the deepest stashes of powder, this board covers it all. The stiffer flex, System Camber Platform, and Grip Tech give it superior stability and edge hold on harder packed icy conditions while the tip rocker, directional shape, and taper make it a lot of fun in deeper snow. The Carbon A-Frame insert helps stiffen the board up and dampen vibrations helping plow through the cruddier chopped up condition with ease.

Why we like it:

The versatile shape makes it perform just as well in deeper snow as it does on groomers. The Grip Tech provides additional contact points to help grip on icier conditions and the added tip rocker gives it good float in deeper snow. The A-frame insert also provides superior stability and crud busting capabilities.

Who it's for:

The A-Frame is going to be hard to maneuver at slower speeds for your entry level riders but is a great option for upper intermediate to advanced riders who are looking for a one board quiver.

Highlights:

Stability and edge hold are a standout for this board with a 9 out 10 on flex as well as the full camber platform and Grip Tech provide superior vibration dampening for even the most aggressive riders.

Things to consider:

This would not be the most forgiving option for a more cautious rider with a 9 out of 10 for flex but it would be a great option for a heavier or more aggressive rider. The full Camber platform can make it a little harder to maneuver and more likely to catch an edge and fall, but if you like charging down the mountain at high speeds and don't want to worry about getting bounced around in the crud or sacrificing stability than the A-Frame is a great way to go.

Fit & sizing considerations:

The A-Frame has some tip rocker but rides true to size. You could size down with the stiffer flex if you were looking for a bit more maneuverability.
