It’s one of the smoothest and most satisfying skis in this 108 mm underfoot range. Charge as hard as you like and start to get creative because that is this ski’s bread and butter. In wide open spaces and faces, these skis come alive and inspire confidence to go huge.

Who it's for:

Experts and high-end advanced skiers will get the most out of the Declivity X 108. Less experienced skiers will likley not enjoy this ski fully.

Highlights:

A poplar wood core supported by Armada’s Articulated Titanal Banding X laminates give this ski unparralled energy and pop while the titanal laminates provide dampness and torsional stiffness to keep you on track at high speeds. The considerable tip rocker makes turn initiation and maneuverability in soft snow a breeze. Slight tail rocker in the tails keep you engaged in your turn but also allow quick pivoting for tight situations.

Things to consider:

This ski is a tank and requires a good deal of input to get it to hook up, so if you are on the lighter side or someone that does not ski aggressively most of the time, there are better options out there for you. The 108 has a pretty long turning radius so it needs some space to open it up.

Fit & sizing considerations:

Skis fairly true to size and sizing is pretty application dependent. If you are a freeride competition skier or someone that is super aggressive, go for the loner length. If you are more laid back or spend most of your time skiing in tighter spaces, you may want to consider sizing down slightly.
