2025 Blizzard Anomaly 84 Skis

All new for 2025, the Blizzard Anomaly 84 brings a whole new construction and shape to pick up where the infamous Brahma 82 left off. The Anomaly 84 gets a little bit more rocker and width resulting in a powerful all-mountain machine that can handle various aspects of advanced and expert level skiing. For those of you who enjoyed the Brahma 82, there are a lot of aspects of the Anomaly that you will appreciate.

Why we like it:

Incredible levels of edge grip, stability, and energy throughout a carved turn but matched with a more forgiving shape that allows off trail exploration.

Who it's for:

Upper advanced to expert skiers will get the most out of these skis due to their burly build and their slightly heavy weight. Physically strong intermediates would likely do just fine but would likely need to go down a size.

Blizzard’s Trueblend Piste Core gives the Anomaly 84 tailored flex patterns for each portion of the ski in order to deliver maximum edge grip and energy release throughout the turn.

Things to consider:

The Anomaly 84 is a burly ski and is certainly not for everyone. Its stiffness and long effective edge make it a ski that has a speed minimum and a need for a steep pitch to hook up. A strong carving background is a prerequisite for this monster.

Fit & sizing considerations:

Skis pretty much true to size. If you want any bit of playfulness or low speed maneuverability, you will need to size down. By sizing down you will have a marginal drop in stability and edge grip.
