The 2025 Nordica Unleashed is a freeride twin tip for aggressive freeride skiers who need a charger of ski that is also a surprisingly good carver. A supple but also very supportive flex pattern paired with an interesting rocker profile result in a versatile wide bodied twin tip. The balance between torsional stiffness with longitudinal suppleness and twin tip shape with carving capability is truly remarkable.

Highlights:

Nordica’s Performance wood core supplies a sturdy but supple flex pattern that results in a smooth and energetic feel. Carbon Fiber Glass uses carbon fiber stringers incorporated into fiberglass laminates which supply the 108 with loads of energy and spring for a reactive yet smooth flex pattern. One sheet of terrain specific metal is then used to dampen vibrations as well as provide edge grip on firmer snow in the form of torsional stiffness. Finally, True Tip is used in the tips and tails which tapers the sidewalls and wood core to decrease swing weight for optimal maneuverability and quickness.

Things to consider:

Due to the long camber profile of the 108, they are not as drifty or surfy as a lot of other ~ 110 mm underfoot skis and are a bit more on the precise side of the spectrum.
