New for 2025, the Rossignol Arcade 88 with Marker Squire 11 Bindings offers exceptional all-mountain versatility, designed for the snow you encounter rather than the snow you expect. Whether you’re charging groomers with high edge angles or maneuvering through your favorite glades, the Arcade 88 excels in various conditions. Its robust construction and versatile shape create a unique combination that is hard to match. We paired the Arcade 88 with the Marker Squire 11 because of the Squire’s high performance and dependability for lighter weight all mountain and freeride skiers. With a light weight construction and a safe, reliable release, the Squire 11 is a go to choice to keep performance high and weight low.

Why we like it:

The Arcade 88 masterfully blends precision and power with forgiveness and intuition, creating a ski that blends these seemingly opposing traits in a remarkable way.

Who it's for:

This ski is aimed at advanced to expert skiers who want a versatile ski that performs exceptionally well in carving yet is suitable for any condition.

Highlights:

The Arcade 88 features a full poplar wood core with an ABS LCT (Line Control Technology) strip running the length of the ski to enhance longitudinal stiffness. Full-length and full-width titanal laminates increase torsional stiffness for superior edge grip and vibration damping, optimizing carving performance. The rectangular sidewalls that extend the full length of the ski reinforce longitudinal stiffness and ensure efficient power transfer to the edges. Marker’s Triple Pivot Light 2 Toe and Hollow Linkage Heel systems work in tandem to provide powerful energy transmission to the ski, allowing for maximum edge grip and control of the ski. Lighter weight skiers can rest easy knowing the Squire 11 will be easier than ever to step into thanks to a re-designed heel piece. Perhaps the most underappreciated feature of the Squire 11 is the anti-ice rail, which sits on top of the toepiece and can be used to scrape the sole of your boots clean before stepping in.

Things to consider:

While the Arcade 88 excels as a frontside resort ski with some off-piste capability, it may not be the best choice for those who spend most of their time off-piste. For better float and maneuverability in deeper snow, other skis will be more suitable.

Fit & sizing considerations:

The skis are true to size.
