Board Size

The 2026 Arbor Satori is a creative, freeride-focused board designed for riders who see the whole mountain as their canvas. With its short, wide, volume-based shape, the Satori delivers a playful yet powerful ride that thrives in deep snow, navigates tight trees with ease, yet still locks in an edge when carving groomers. It’s the board you reach for when you want to explore off trail, float effortlessly, and keep your style loose and surfy.

Why we like it:

We love how the Satori blends surf-style looseness with the grip and control needed for high-speed turns. It’s the kind of board that invites you to ride the mountain differently, and rewards creative input.

Who it's for:

Best suited for intermediate to advanced riders who want a directional board with a freestyle-friendly backbone. Great for resort powder days, quick turns in the woods, and those who ride with a creative mindset.

Highlights:

Bryan Iguchi’s signature design uses a parabolic camber profile for added snap and control, while exaggerated 5° 3D Fenders enhance float for the deepest days. Arbor’s Grip Tech edges improve responsiveness and edge hold, giving a precise and controlled feel to both turn initiation and exit. The short, wide footprint of this board is meant to be sized down, giving the board a nimble feel without compromising stability. A Highland II Core, mixed glassing, and real wood topsheet round out a premium build meant to inspire.

Things to consider:

This is not a true twin or a board designed for the terrain park, it has directional shaping and a freestyle-influenced freeride feel. While it grips well for a pow-focused board, it’s still more about style and float than brute edge hold on boilerplate.

Fit & sizing considerations:

As a volume-shifted design, the Satori should be sized down 3–6 cm from your usual board. This short/wide approach keeps it maneuverable while maintaining surface area for float and stability.
