2026 Blizzard Anomaly 84 Skis with Dalbello Boots and Poles

Carving precision and everyday versatility meet in the Blizzard Anomaly 84 R, the narrowest option in the Anomaly collection. The ride stays smooth and composed on groomed terrain and holds together when the snow gets tracked, choppy, or inconsistent later in the day. Resort skiers who want a dependable daily ski without a demanding personality will feel at home on it. We chose to pair the Anomaly 84 with the Cabrio 100 MV because it's a nice, comfortable boot that provides a bit more performance than your average entry level boot. Thanks to the unique three-piece cabrio design, the boot flexes off the tongue for a more progressive feel that is both intuitive and smooth, giving developing skiers enough leverage to bend their skis, but not so much that the boot feels overly demanding.

Who it's for:

Resort skiers who want a dependable daily ski and don't want to be worked by it. It suits intermediates through advanced skiers who ski the same mountain regularly across whatever conditions the week delivers.

Things to consider:

Sitting at the narrow end of the collection, this ski runs out of float before the wider Anomalies do, and deep snow is not its terrain. Skiers who want maximum edge grip on ice will also find a dedicated frontside carver holds harder.

Fit & sizing considerations:

Take the length that matches your height for the balance this ski is built around. Anyone who skis fast on open groomers can size up for stability, while skiers who favor shorter turns will find the next size down quicker to release.
