Redesigned from the ground up, the 2026 Head Kore 106 Ti continues to refine its role as a do-it-all freeride ski that can float in powder, carve on hardpack, and navigate technical terrain with ease. Sitting in the middle of the Kore family’s waist widths, the 106 Ti offers the most balanced blend of agility, stability, and off-piste performance—making it a favorite for skiers who want one ski to do almost everything.

Why we like it:

The Kore 106 Ti brings big-mountain capability to a ski that feels surprisingly nimble. Whether you're lapping sidecountry powder, skiing through variable chop, or arcing groomers on the way back to the lift, this ski feels damp, energetic, and intuitive.

Who it's for:

Perfect for advanced to expert skiers who want a wide, versatile ski that won’t feel limiting in less-than-perfect conditions. If you want float for soft days and power for variable ones, this is the Kore you want.

Highlights:

At the heart of the Kore 106 Ti is Head’s Karuba-beech wood core—ultralight yet responsive—paired with Graphene, Flax, Titanal and a Freeride Sandwich Cap Construction to create an impressively strong and stable platform. The Hybrid Top Sheet keeps swing weight down, making it easier to flick the skis through tight trees or techy chutes. Tip and tail rocker offer smooth float and smearability in soft snow, while the Structured UHM C Base ensures speed and durability. At 135-106-127 mm with an 18.5-meter radius (184 cm), it balances float and edge hold no matter the snow depth.

Things to consider:

While it's remarkably capable on groomers for its width, the 106 Ti is still a wide ski and doesn’t quite have the bit of other, stiffer skis in this category. Those that like to have a bit more on trail edge grip may want to seek a stiffer ski in this range like the Enforcer 104, Mantra 108, or Mindbender 108 Ti.

Fit & sizing considerations:

Runs true to size. Choose shorter lengths for more agility in tight terrain or trees; go longer for big-mountain charging and maximum float.
