2027 Head Discovery 74 Skis W/ PR 11 Bindings

Easygoing handling and a forgiving personality are the calling cards of the Head Discovery 74, an all-mountain ski for skiers who want one pair that simply makes the resort feel approachable. A light synthetic core keeps the ski quick to respond and easy to turn, while the relaxed shape means you do not have to work to get an arc started. When you decide to ski with more intent, a smart frame technology firms the ski up to give you the grip and composure you need at higher speeds. It is a friendly, progression-minded ride that helps newer skiers feel more in control on every run.

Who it's for:

The skier who wants one pair and no decisions, from newer skiers through steady intermediates. It's for people chasing control on every run rather than performance at the top end.

Things to consider:

Choosing a synthetic core buys ease and gives back damping, so a strong skier pushing through afternoon chop will feel the ski working under them. Its width also caps what's possible once the snow gets deep.

Fit & sizing considerations:

Because the frame adds support as you push, this ski doesn't need sizing down for control the way a softer ski might. Take the length matching your height and let the construction handle the rest.
