Swix Coarse Fibertex 3 pak

The Swix T266N Fibertex Violet is a medium-coarse abrasive pad for freshening up dry bases and clearing away base hairs. Wrap it around a hand brush and work it back and forth along the base. Dry, tired bases come back looking refreshed and ready for wax.

The pack holds three 110 x 150mm pads in a medium-coarse grade. Attach one to an oval or rectangular brush and move it back and forth across the base. For removing microhairs, Swix recommends about 50 strokes back and forth, and the pad is also the tool for freshening a dry base. Follow it with a finer pad if you want the smoothest possible finish.
